Resumption of Shipping to the U.S. & New Customs Procedures(米国への配送再開と新設された通関手続き方法について)

We Have Resumed Shipping to the U.S. with New Customs Guidelines

To our valued customers in the United States,

We are pleased to announce that we have officially resumed shipping services to the United States as of April 14, 2026. We would like to clarify the recent changes in shipping regulations and how they will affect your future orders.

Background: Changes in U.S. Customs Policy

As part of the measures introduced by the Trump administration to prevent the smuggling of illegal drugs and prohibited substances, the tax exemption (De Minimis) for goods valued under $800 was abolished last year.

Following this policy change, exports from Japan Post were temporarily suspended. However, shipping has now resumed under a new mandatory condition: the prepayment of customs duties.

New Requirement: Prepayment via Zonos Prepay

To comply with the new U.S. regulations, all shipments now require customs duties to be paid in advance.

We are now using the Zonos Prepay app, as specified by the authorities, to calculate and process these payments.

What This Means for Your Future Orders

Going forward, when we provide you with an order estimate, the total will now include the following three components:

Product Price

International Shipping Fee

Prepaid Customs Duty (including administrative fees)

Your package will be shipped by EMS, marked as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on the top of the label.

By collecting these fees upfront, we ensure that your package clears customs smoothly without any unexpected charges or delays upon arrival in the U.S.

Thank You for Your Support
